When you only have two places to choose from in town one has to be the worst and the other the best. That doesn't make this Metro good just better than the No Frills.

This a really good grocery store. Great selection of food stuffs and they regularly have really good sales on their food, and not just on the stuff that no one wants anyway. Knowledgeable and helpful staff to finish the round. I wish the Metros in Toronto were this fair.
